Aniwaes, recently one of my friends blew up and shouted at another friend after a game at basketball regarding how the person shld have played.. While wad he scolded can be right, the reaction of the person who got shouted at was of cuz very bad.. and the friendship almost soured between them.. This is just another example of how we shld treat conflicts i guess.. Having differences is common, but how we resolve them is important, especially to a psychologist like me.. First things first we must ask ourselves wad is the aim of shouting at he person.. if it is to bring about change, then the tone and expression wise, wad is the best way to trigger a receptive response? And the moment we ged angry, 1st thg tat comes to mind shld alwaz be the awareness that we always underestimate the possibility that our seemingly flawless arguments are filled with flaws and errors.. hence, shouting plus content that is flawed can destroy relationships between frens, couples or even families..
So my friends.. dun blow up so easily k? wan4 shi4 hao3 shang1 liang2 =) HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

finally remembered to take picture with zhangying..she has really been a great help to me throughtout the competition.. from giving me advice and helping me make last minute arrangements and even saying words of encouragement.. a very very nice person who has no airs at all.. hope will ged a chance to work with her sometime.. aniwaes the taiwan trip tentative itinary includes visit to the night market, hot springs, go to their fruit plantation and experience the harvesting festival and a "yang3 shen1 zhi1 lu3" tat will have massage, food and dunno wad la... SUNG AH!!!!!

CY and his fake smile me n dear's real smile!korean wine with my brother CY!!! had lots of fun in JB with CY as our tour guide.. had some malaysian hawker kwayteow tat was shiok!!! skilfully cooked dried kwayteow with dark sauce.. after tat we sang K together at newway which was cheap, had good food and had a super good sound system and nice flatscreen TV!!! so KBOX ah, i think.. u needa improve man.. and stop having microphones that are spoilt or loosely wired..
after tat we went to this korean meat bbq restaurant that cherylene found on someone's blog before we went to JB.. SHIOK!!! and we dun even haveta grill ourselves! 3 kind of meat, kimchi soup and a free flow of 16 kinds of side dishes!!! and wine! only 20 sing dollars each man.. OMG!!!! after tta CY sent us to the customs there before we went home.. thanks CY!
dear and our sushi advisor, my auntie iroh! using plastic bag so tat rice will not stick to hands inverted roll and some sushi.. the entire collection! =pdin noe wadta do on our 1.5yrs anniversary so we decided to make sushi 2gether!!! turned out quite successful man, and indeed it was harder than it seems to make sushi.. and we were like trying to refer to some online video while making, ahahaha.. unagi, salmon and crab stick!!! and thanks to help from my auntie, sushi making was a success! **bBuRppZz** after tat we watched some nice TV at my place and had supper at a 24hrs hawker center near my novena place.. its been a great 1.5yrs! LUVYA! =) and hope we can cook more often 2gether!!! =)

xmas party at clara's place! clara, mag, kady, dear and peiqin after their spectacular performance lovely pastry made by the gorgeoussuddenly felt likt uploading these pics on my blog.. cuz it was a realli fun xmas party.. cherylene and her frens made pastry for each other and seriously all of them tasted damn nice! weiqi's banana cake, peiqin's brownie, mag's tiramisu, dear's mango ice box, clara's durian puffs and kady's chocolate cake.. and cherylene and her frens even performed a rehearsed performance for all partners present.. silent night while holding a candle flame then dancing to jingle bells, haha.. after tat we played this ultra fun game "ticket to ride" which me n junming emerged as joint winners wif mag and PQ..
i guess frens come and go but there are always this bunch of chu1 sheng1 ru4 si3 gang for everyone.. and just like cherylene is glad to have them, aint i glad to have u idiots from dunman high? haha.. k random post, go back to tudou watch little nonya le! =p

bball team having training.. the old side of dunman high the new side! plus the muliti purpose courts.. I noe this pic is kinda disturbing.. sorry.. kampong arang ice jelly! me n jy eating delicious char kway teow! xiong with an ULTRA big mouth.. totally enjoying the kampong arang char kway teow..went back to dunman high today to visit the new campus.. play bball, then go kampong arang for lunch befre going klp.. NOSTALGIC!!! the drinks stall auntie which we frequented still recognises me n jy! char kway teow.. HH ate his prawn mee and chicken rice while xiong ate char kway teow n fishball noodles.. after tat we went bowling 2gether n both games i made it past 100marks! 110 and 124.. even never DIAN4 DI3 for the 2nd game thanks to some wonderful cursing or rather praising of HH keep saying strike then he will throw into langgao (drain) haha.. but with kenyee watching he bowled his career high of 159 with the power of love.. haaha
i remember those times when JY will smash the ball at the rim which then bounce back n hit the lower sec boys who will run off crying.. haha.. how HH always eat crispy noodle then add fried egg.. how me, xiong weijian and gary goh will use 50cents and play knights of valour til the cows come home cuz we noe all the secrets and cheats.. and i had no gf, no academic worries, no financial problem, cuz onli bball and eat everyday.. stress free man.. days that have alredi gone by! will miss them! but glad i still have my best frens frm dunman high =)
